4 quick and easy smoothie recipes

Since my last smoothie post was such a hit, I’ve decided to share a few more of my favorite recipes with you all today. The almond milk that is suggested can easily be replaced with other types of milk and/or yogurt and agave or other sweeteners can be used in place of honey, in order to make the recipes vegan. Hope you enjoy 🙂

Berry smoothie

Ingredients:

¼ cup blueberries

½ cup sliced strawberries

¼ cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 cup ice

Method:

Prepare and measure ingredients. Blend well and serve

Strawberry watermelon smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup sliced watermelon

½ cup sliced strawberries

½ of a banana

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 cup ice

Method:

Prepare and measure ingredients. Blend well and serve

Kiwi strawberry smoothie

½ cup sliced kiwi

¼ cup sliced strawberries

½ of a banana

¼ cup almond milk

1 cup ice

Method:

Prepare and measure ingredients. Blend well and serve

Pineapple kiwi smoothie

½ cup sliced kiwi

1 cup cubed pineapple

¼ cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 cup ice

Method:

Prepare and measure ingredients. Blend well and serve
